In several regions of Kenya, agricultural cooperatives faced a major challenge: the loss of more than 35% of their production due to a lack of storage and transport infrastructure.

Zenith Global Holdings SA worked with these cooperatives to develop a modern logistics modelincluding:
• the construction of refrigerated storage facilities,
• the acquisition of refrigerated vehicles,
• the creation of a digital monitoring platform,
• the organization of a regional distribution network.

Our company has achieved a strategic analysisstructured the financial needs and supported the stakeholders until international funding was secured.

Result :
Production has been stabilized, losses have fallen to 8%, and more than 2,500 farmers now benefit from a modernized distribution system.
