📄 Policy refund and return

This Policy refund and return governs the conditions under which a user or a project owner can ask for a refund for the services provided by Zenith Global Holdings S.A.

Our services are mainly based on analyses, evaluations, advice, feasibility studies and professional services, they are subject to the specific rules detailed below.


1. The Nature of services provided

Zenith Global Holdings S.A. is involved in :
• the analysis and evaluation of projects,
• structuring strategic and financial
• technical support and administrative,
• the implementation of relationship with partners,
• research funding solutions.

These services are intangible and provided according to a work of expertise, and therefore are not subject to the right of withdrawal is applied to physical products.


2. Refunds will be issued after payment of a service

The services offered by Zenith Global Holdings sa, a time that began or delivered (analyses, documents, consultations, coaching, studies), are not refundable, because they involve an investment of time, expertise and motivation of teams.

A refund is only possible in the following cases :

✔ Billing error proved to be

✔ Double payment recorded

✔ Payment was made in error and reported before the start of the service

In these cases, a full refund can be made after verification by our administrative department.


3. Delay, interruption or failure of funding

As stated in our official documents :
the submission of a project is never a guarantee of financing or acceptance of the record.

For this reason :

❌ No refund can be requested if :

• the folder does not result in a funding,
• an external partner refuses the project,
• the user withdraws during the process,
• the market conditions evolve,
• documents required are not provided by the project holder.


4. Cancellation of a service prior to its commencement

If a user wishes to cancel a service before it had even begun, he must immediately contact :

In this case :

✔ If no analysis has started → refund possible to 100 %.

✔ If the preparatory work has already been done → a partial refund may be considered.

The amount deducted will depend on the level of advancement.


5. No return possible for intangible services

Given that our benefits are exclusively intellectual and strategic :

❌ There is no ‘return’ possible, as for a physical product.

Any provision delivered (analysis, strategic document, report, study, board) is considered as final.


6. Time of refund processing

Any claim for refund valid is processed within one to :

7 to 14 working days

after receiving the necessary information and validation administrative.
