In 2023, a young Montpellier-based startup sought to develop micro-turbine technology to generate electricity from weak hydropower currents. Despite its exceptional potential, the company lacked the financial structure and strategic support needed to convince its partners.

Zenith Global Holdings SA conducted a complete feasibility analysisrestructured the financial plan, and supported the team in preparing a file that complies with international standards of transparency and due diligence.
Thanks to our intervention, the project obtained the necessary funding to launch a pilot phase in three rural communities.

A year later, the start-up had quadrupled its production capacity and signed several regional public contracts. It is now considered one of the most promising solutions in the field of local energy transition.
